Pastor Ray & Teresa Popham

Pastor Ray serves as the visionary, senior elder, leadership developer, and primary teacher/preacher for the body. He ministers the Word of God in most of the Sunday Gatherings.

Teresa oversees all administration and services. She ministers the Word of God, teaches, and serves with Praise and Worship. She also oversees the ministry to our guests and the Oasis family.
